Returns and Refunds
If you are not completely satisfied with any of your purchases, please return within 10 days of receipt of goods for a complete refund or replacement. Goods should be returned in full and in good condition, including all packaging, at your own expense.
In some cases charges may apply for re-stocking or re-packing.Details of charges are given below and, where applicable, will be deducted from any refund given.
Re-stocking - Goods returned more that 14 days after original despatch will incur a €2.00 restocking charge. NB: Goods returned more than 21 days from original despatch will not be refunded, and will incur additional postage charges if the items are required to be returned to you.
Re-Packing - Please re-pack any items that have been taken out of packaging carefully, including the proper folding of costumes, and include all packaging.
Where returned items need to be re-folded or re-packaged a €2.00 charge will be applied. NB: Please do not tape costume packaging, or attach invoice or other paperwork to the returned items, as this may cause damage to the packaging and lead to re-packaging charges being applied.

To ensure goods reach us safely, we advise you to use recorded delivery and arrange insurance against loss or damage. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged during transit. All refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of return.
